Northstar GRC Risk Dashboard

Project Overview

The dashboard demonstrates how assessment findings and remediation records are displayed. It is designed to assist in executive decisions, highlight which findings need attention, and provide analysts with methods to review and edit records.

Assessment Snapshot

• Reviewed five selected ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls with relevant NERC CIP context.
• Recorded two compliant, one partially compliant, and two non-compliant controls.
• Highlighted network segmentation, outbound filtering, and incident response readiness.

Remediation Workflow

Findings are associated with proposed risk ratings, owners, target timelines, remediation actions, and closure evidence. The dashboard supports review of residual risk, overdue work, and manually maintained status updates.
